1. Go to your Logo Download Page and download a high-resolution PNG file of your logo with a transparent background. Your files should be available in both color and black and white. Pick the full-color option if you have one.

2. Scroll down and click on "Business Card Templates" to expand that section and preview all of the business card designs.

3. Click on the specific design you'd like to customize.

You'll see a Canva template page featuring the design you chose. Click "Use template" to start customizing your business card.

4. You may need to sign up for a free Canva account if you don't already have one. You can sign up with Google, Facebook, or just create an account using your email address.

5. Once you've successfully signed up, you'll be logged in and can start customizing your business card.

Start by clicking on "Uploads" on the left side of the screen...

...and then drag and drop the logo you just downloaded from Zarla into the upload box in the sidebar. (Your logos are probably located in your computer's download folder).

Once your logo has uploaded, it'll be available in your sidebar to use in your business card:

But before you place them on your card, I would delete the default logo that is already visible in the Canva template.

Click on the default logo icon (and also click on the name and slogan) and then click the "trash" icon that appears above those grouped objects.

Or you can also just tap the "delete" key on your keyboard.

Either way, that will clear the space on your business card. Now you can drag and drop your logo from the sidebar onto the empty space in the card.

Don't worry if it's not the right size yet. Click and drag one corner of the purple outline around your logo. As you move your mouse it will resize the box smaller (or larger) so that it fits the space.

Once it's resized, click directly on your logo and move it into the center of the spot where you want it to go. (Dotted guidelines will appear to help you center your logo.)

Perfect! Now click on any of the text boxes in the card template to edit them.

Just select a box, highlight the text, and type in your own info. Start by changing your name, then change your business title, address, phone, email, and website if you have one.

If you don't want to keep all of those details on your business card, just click on the line of text you want to get rid of and press the "trash" icon to delete it. You can also select its icon, and delete that too.

Lastly, you might want different colors for your business card.

Perhaps instead of a blue stripe, you'd prefer red - just click anything blue on your card (like the banner behind your name) and then click on the small blue color picker up in the toolbar (I've drawn a red arrow to it below).

You'll see all your color options appear in the sidebar, and you can click on whichever one you like. This will only change the section you had selected, but....

...jf you click the purple "Change All" button located at the bottom of the sidebar, that will change all of the colors on your card instantly:

Feel free to make other changes, or keep trying out different colors. When you're happy with how it looks you can either download the business card to your computer, or print it and have the cards shipped directly to you.

To download, click the "Share" button in the top right and then choose "download."

To print, click the "Print Business Cards" button in the top right and follow the prompts on the right side of the screen to choose your paper and other options provided by Canva.

We recommend using Canva to print since it's easy and very affordable, and it takes all the hassle out of figuring out how to print your own cards.
