Please follow these 5 steps to point your domain. You will need to add an A record and a CNAME record, and then delete any other A records that existed before.

1. Log in to your Name.com account and click on My Domains

2. Click on the domain name you want to use

3. Click on Manage DNS Records and start filling out the fields provided to add a new record.

You can leave the dropdown menu on A and leave the Host field blank. In the Answer field type 109.105.219.109 and then leave the TTL at 300 (default).

It should look like this when finished:

Click the Add Record button to save it as a new record.

4. On the same screen, start filling out the fields to create another record. This time, you'll be created a CNAME record, so select CNAME in the dropdown menu.

Enter www in the Host field and type custom.zarlasites.com in the Answer field. Again, leave the TTL field at 300.

It should look like this:

Click the Add Record button to save it as a new record.

5. Lastly, check to see if there are any other existing A records. If there are, delete them from the list.

After this, you should only have a single A record which is pointing to 109.105.219.109

Once you've finished all those steps, please let us know and we'll check that it is all pointed correctly and set your domain live.
