Can I add my own code, or change the website code?

Unfortunately, no. While we do understand the importance of adding code (whether it's a Google Tag or Facebook Pixel for tracking visitors, or custom code to embed chat or video) we don't currently offer that option.

The good news is, we are still building new features every week, so if you'd like to share exactly what code you'd like to add and why it's important to you, we'll do our best to make it possible in a future update.
