We've learned that there's a bug in the Safari browser that prevents our yearly payment page from loading. This only affects people using Safari - all other users should be unaffected.
If you're a Safari user and you're trying to purchase our yearly plan, here are a few different ways you can try to get around the bug:
Refresh the page and then click immediately on the yearly plan again
Switch to a different browser or device that doesn't use Safari (you'll need to log in to your website account again.)
Contact us and ask for a direct payment link
Refreshing the page is the simplest option, but only works about half the time. Both of the other options will work every time. We've added this bug to our list of upcoming fixes as well - thank you to those who mentioned it.
