Using a domain registered with Websupport.sk

To connect your domain, your website must be published and active. If it’s unpublished, go to your site, click ‘Go Live,’ and subscribe.

Step 1) Log in to Websupport WebAdmin

  • Go to the Websupport login/WebAdmin area and sign in.

Step 2) Open your domain settings

  • Navigate to Services (or Domains) and select the domain you want to connect. (This is where Websupport manages domain + DNS settings.)

Step 3) Go to DNS management

  • Open DNS / DNS records for the domain.

Step 4) Open A records

  • In DNS records, choose A records.

Step 5) Set the root (@) A record to Zarla

  • Find the record for the main domain (often shown as @).

  • Edit it (or add a new A record if it doesn’t exist) and set:

    • Name/Host: @

    • Value / IP address: 109.105.219.109

Save changes.

Step 6) Open CNAME records

  • Switch to CNAME records.

Step 7) Set the www CNAME to Zarla

  • Find the www record and edit it (or add it if missing), then set:

    • Name/Host: www

    • Target / Value: custom.zarlasites.com

Save changes.

Note: If you see any other A name record and CNAME records that uses the same host/alias of @ for A name or www for CNAME except the Zarla records we want you to add, please delete those other ones.

Once you've finished all those steps, please let us know and we'll check that it is all pointed correctly and set your domain live.
