Step 1) Log in to Websupport WebAdmin
Go to the Websupport login/WebAdmin area and sign in.
Step 2) Open your domain settings
Navigate to Services (or Domains) and select the domain you want to connect. (This is where Websupport manages domain + DNS settings.)
Step 3) Go to DNS management
Open DNS / DNS records for the domain.
Step 4) Open A records
In DNS records, choose A records.
Step 5) Set the root (@) A record to Zarla
Find the record for the main domain (often shown as @).
Edit it (or add a new A record if it doesn’t exist) and set:
Name/Host:
@Value / IP address: 66.45.103.234
Save changes.
Step 6) Open CNAME records
Switch to CNAME records.
Step 7) Set the www CNAME to Zarla
Find the www record and edit it (or add it if missing), then set:
Name/Host:
wwwTarget / Value:
custom.zarla.com
Save changes.
Important Note:
For Root domain with name @ (example.com):
Only one A record should exist.
There should be no AAAA record (this is rare, but if present, it can break SSL certificates).
For www subdomain (www.example.com):
Should have only one CNAME record (pointing to the correct target www).
If any A, AAAA, or additional CNAME records exist, they must be deleted.
Once both A name and CNAME have been added, please contact our Customer Success Team.
