Step 1: Unlock Your Domain at Your Current Registrar (e.g GoDaddy, Wix, etc).
Before transferring your domain, you need to unlock it at your current domain provider and get the Authorization Code (EPP code).
Log in to your current domain registrar’s account.
Go to your domain management or DNS settings.
Find the domain you want to transfer and unlock it (disable domain lock/privacy).
Request or copy the Authorization Code or EPP code—this is required for domain transfer.
Note: If you are having trouble accessing the EPP code from your registrar, please contact their customer support directly for assistance.
Step 2: Go to Zarladomains.com
Once you have obtained the Authorization Code or EPP Code, please proceed to Zarladomains.com to start with transfer.
You should see a button called "Already have a domain? Transfer it now" (refer to screenshot below).
In the next page, enter the domain you wish to transfer.
After that, you will see the option to enter your EPP or Authorization Code to proceed with transfer and click "Add to Cart" (refer to screenshot below).
Once transfer has been initiated, please make sure to let us know by contacting us at hello@zarla.com so we can monitor and connect the domain to your Zarla Website.
Important Notes
Transferring your domain from other registrar to Zarla will costs extra and this charge will be billed yearly for the domain name if remain active.
Please also note that transfer is not automatic or immediate, this can take up 7 business days or sometimes longer depending on your previous registrar's approval.
