Billing details (Zarla Free Domain)
Before registering or transferring your free domain, please review the billing details below:
The free domain offer covers the first year only. After the first year, your domain will automatically renew at the standard annual rate for your domain extension (TLD) (refer to the above table for the yearly rate)
The free domain offer can’t be transferred from one domain to another.
If you cancel your subscription at any time during the free domain year, the free domain will be transferred to domains.zarla.com where you can manage it and renew it on your own.
If you cancel within the refund period (first 30-days), the domain registration fee may be non-refundable, even if your website subscription is refunded (this is a standard domain registration policy).
Option 1 — Register a free domain through Zarla
You can register a one year free domain through Zarla if the following requirements are met:
Your domain extension (TLD) is eligible (example: .com, .net, .org, etc.) refer to the above table with the free domain we offer.
Your Zarla website is on an eligible paid plan
You haven’t already claimed a free domain for that website
Tip: You can also purchase additional domains at the same time if you’d like to protect your brand (pricing varies by domain extension). You can purchase it through domains.zarla.com
Option 2 — Receive a credit (balance adjustment)
In certain cases, Zarla may apply a refund/credit (balance adjustment) to your account if you have a domain from other provider and you transferred it to domains.zarla.com. We can refund up to $15.50 USD.
Example:
If you register a domain separately through domains.zarla.com, and later upgrade your Zarla plan to an eligible paid subscription within the allowed time period, we may apply a refund for up to $15.50 USD to the eligible domain cost that you paid when you moved or purchased the domain through domains.zarla.com. We CANNOT make adjustment or refund domains purchased from other provider like (Squarespace, GoDaddy and so on).
