How to Update Your Payment Method for Domains Purchased at domains.zarla.com

Important: These steps apply only to domains purchased or transferred through domains.zarla.com. Your domain account is separate from your Zarla website account and may use a different email address.

Step 1: Log In to Your Domain Account

  1. Log in using the email address associated with your domain purchase.

    • If you don’t remember your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

Important: Your login for domains.zarla.com is separate from your Zarla website account at zarla.com, so it may be linked to a different email address. If you are unsure of your account details, please contact hello@zarla.com.

Step 2: Access Billing Settings

  1. From your dashboard, go to Billing Information. Located in the top-right portion after you click your name.

  2. Select Billing & Orders.

Step 3: Update Your Payment Method

  1. Add a new credit/debit card or update your existing card details.

  2. Save your changes.

If your domain renewal recently failed, updating your payment method will allow the system to retry the charge.

Step 4: Confirm Auto-Renewal (Recommended)

Make sure Auto-Renew is turned on for your domain to prevent expiration. This is located after you select your domain under "Your Domains" then click "Overview".
